Duration of the workshopOur workshops usually sparkle for 2 to 3 hours. Be sure to carve out ample time for your reservation so you can soak up every moment of creative bliss!

Age requirementOur workshops are suitable for participants 13+ years due to safety considerations, however all partook under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Can I walk in or book a session for today?We do not accept walk-ins. Bookings for tufting workshops are required to be made online through our booking platform

What is the cost and how to book?Our pricing varies depending on the size you select, online bookings are required before you attend. Please check out our Booking System.

Do I need to pay in advance? Why do I have to enter my card?All payment must be made prior to the workshop via our online booking system.

Cancellation & ReschedulingNo cancellation. No refund. Rescheduling requests are accepted at least 24 hours before your session.

Can two people work on one tufting piece together?If you wish to complete a tufting piece with a partner, please let our team know in the comment section on the booking platform!
